Bids documents are available on the Waterberg TVET college website to be downloaded. Bidders must ensure that all pages of the documents are downloaded and printed. Site briefing sessions will not be held due to Covid 19 regulations and protocols. E-mail and faxed submissions will not be accepted. Late submissions will be disqualified.
Bids
must be submitted in the tender box in a sealed envelope indicating the correct
bid number on or before the closing date and time at Waterberg TVET College
Central Office building at the following address:

These bids will be evaluated on functionality. Bidders must score a minimum score of 40 to be further evaluated on price and preference points.
80/20
preference point system for acquisition of goods or service for a rand value
equal to or above R30,000.00 to R50 million will apply. The following table
will be used to calculate the score out of 20 for BBBEE.

Bidders must submit proof of their B-BBEE status level of contributor. Bidders that fail to submit proof of B-BBEE status level of contributor or non-compliant contributor to B-BBEE will not be disqualified but may only score points out of 80 for price and score 0 points out of 20 for B-BBEE
Bidders whose name appear on the National Treasury register for defaulters will not be considered.
